Title 1 uses two main computer programs daily.

Waterford is used by students in Kindergarten through 3^rd grade.  It is a self-paced program that we use to enhance our reading curriculum.  The students are able to listen to prerecorded books on the computer, as well as, record themselves reading and then play back their recordings.  There are also phonemic awareness, writing, and comprehension activities that students complete during their computer session.  Waterford also has hard copy books and student activities that we use to go with the computer program.

SuccessMaker is used in Title 1 by students in the 3^rd through 5^th grades.  Like Waterford, it is also a self-paced program that we use to enhance our reading and math curriculums.  SuccessMaker helps students with fluency and comprehension in reading and with TEKS skills in Math.
