Welcome to 1st grade! 

 I look forward to learning with you this year.  We are going to have a lot of fun reading, experimenting and growing together.

I graduated from Kent State University and I have my teaching certification through Texas Teachers. I have been working with children for as long as I can remember with Sunday School, Girl Scouts, and Teaching in schools. I love learning and hope to pass on the love of learning to my students.

My husband and I are blessed with 2 beautiful daughters. One graduated from Rice University with a bachelor's in science with an AI degree and works as a computational linguist. Our other daughter graduated from Colorado State University where she earned a bachelor's of science degree in Wildlife Biology and Conservation and a bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts. She currently works for the US Forrest Service.
