Open Records Request

Whitewright ISD processes requests for public records made pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act. 

As provided by the Texas Public Information Act, all open records requests submitted to Whitewright ISD must be in writing.

• Complete the Attorney General’s Open Record Request Form.

Charges & Fees

• Authorized fees: Whitewright ISD charges fees authorized by the Texas Public Information Act, as of 3/20/2023.

• Estimate: If the fees will result in a charge exceeding $40.00, the district will provide the requestor with a written estimate detailing the charges that will be imposed.
